Instructions
  1. Preheat fan forced oven at 170 degrees celsius
  2. Prepare muffin tin and line with patty papers
  3. Sift together the plain flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and salt
  4. Set aside
  5. Make a well in the centre
  6. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  7. Add the eggs one by one, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla
  8. Add the flour mixture alternatively to milk. Mix well
  9. Bake for 20 mins or until a skewer into the cake comes out clean
  10. Decorate the cupcakes when cool
  11. *Remember to only fill your patty papers 2/3 full
