Petit Stencil and Lustre

This is a techniques class to teach you the art of stencilling, sugar flower making and lustre, arguably the three most popular and essential techniques for cake decorators today. Working on a petit square springtime dummy cake, students will be introduced to the technical skills required to execute these techniques professionally.

Planet Cake’s goal is to teach students skills and designs that they can replicate at home with the same results. All classes are taught by qualified teachers.
