BASICS FOUNDATION WEEK PHOTO

Basics Foundation Intensive Week

Basics Foundation week is designed to teach all the basic introductory skills required to embark on a cake decorating career, in a five day intensive workshop. Students will learn to set up and cover the round, square and two tier extended cake, through the completion of Basics 101 to 103 and an abbreviated version of Beginner Sugar Flowers. In addition students will receive a bonus one hour workshop on cake decorating business principles such as pricing. While being fully immersed in a class focused on commercial cake decorating techniques this is regarded as one of the best and most complete beginner cake decorating programs in the world. Smaller student numbers (workshops are limited to a maximum of eight students) combined with the intensive nature of the week, allow students to reinforce learning outcomes from the previous day, improving the likelihood of retaining knowledge while enjoying the benefits of a week focused on the most popular cakes ordered by customers.
