Basics 109 – Madhatter
Basics 109 introduces students to the famous and challenging Madhatter cake. Notorious for being one of the most complex shapes to cut, the ability to execute the Madhatter with precision is a must for any professional cake decorator. Students will learn to set and up and cover a three tier Madhatter cake, properly apply fondant stripes, piping, creating a sugar flower and decorate with cut-outs.
Prerequisites: Basics 106 (Advanced Students Only)
